Breath of the Wild 8-Year Anniversary
Breath of the Wild, now 8 years old, revolutionized the Zelda series by introducing open-world gameplay, allowing players to choose their paths. Talking Reel Representation in 2024 Films
The panel “Lights, Camera, Accountability” at UMass Dartmouth analyzed diversity in the 2025 Academy Award films. It evaluated each film using the Bechdel, DuVernay, and Vito Russo tests. Despite insightful discussions, many films failed to represent diverse narratives adequately, emphasizing ongoing biases in Hollywood storytelling. Wildfires Burns Down Acres of Lands in Carolinas and Japan

Gene Hackman and Betsy Arakawa’s Final Days
Actor Gene Hackman and pianist Betsy Arakawa were found dead at home in Santa Fe on February 26, 2025.
