The staff of The Center for Religious and Spiritual Life welcomes you back to UMass Dartmouth.

For undergraduates, graduate and international students arriving on campus for the first time, we welcome you and we look forward to meeting you!

The Center for Religious and Spiritual Life is the center for faith, religion and spirituality on campus. We are located in Room 202 on the second floor of the Campus Center.

The office is generally staffed during regular business hours and even later for special programs or services. The office may be reached at 508-999-8872 or 508-999-8995

There are a number of religious groups represented on campus.

Those with chaplains, campus ministers, or advisors available to students are from Catholic, Hindu, Jewish and Protestant faith traditions.

Other faith groups on campus are student run with the assistance of an advisor. Those groups include, The Muslim Student Association, CRU, InterVarsity, The Newman Catholic Student Organization and Hillel, the organization for Jewish students.

The Catholic campus ministers are Fr. David Frederici , dfrederici@umassd.edu and Deacon Frank Lucca, flucca@umassd.edu.

The Hindu chaplain is Swami Yogatmananda, Yogatmananda@bedantaprov.org. The department director and the advisor for those of the Jewish faith is Rabbi Jacqueline Satlow, jsatlow@umassd.edu. Rev. Dr. Neil Damgaard, neilDamgaard@DartmouthBible.org is the Protestant chaplain.
